I have worked as a support worker in the community and have been in the health and care sector for 22 years. I have a higher national diploma level 5 in health and social care.
My main aim is to improve the lives of those I come in contact with through my extensive knowledge that I have gained over the years.
I have worked in hospitals and client homes who have different needs and as a key worker my duties are to plan every day activities, ensuring that choice, respect and dignity is maintained at all times, while accessing the services they need as well as promoting independence.
I have worked with people from different backgrounds and it is vital to treat people as individuals. I have experience with Male and female service users and understand what it takes to meet their needs.
I have experience working with clients who have complex needs I.e., tracheostomy, peg feed, catheter, colostomy bag.
